You mean like a plate? I'd have to say breakfast. Medium fried egg, crispy (but not overdone) middle bacon, square cut scottish sliced sausage, black pudding, and potato scones. Pair it with a cup of tea and some orange juice. Takes a bit of effort in the morning, but afterward I'm basically prepared for anything that life could possibly throw at me that day. Carried my ass through countless early morning exams.
