The point is that being drunk is not an excuse. Didn't say anything besides that, certainly nothing about anyone serving jail time. The question of whether he was drunk when he sent nudes to a minor is irrelevant.

The entire reason I was digging up this stuff was to figure out why d3ath was sending nudes, because he has never acted like this before from how I've seen him.

Being drunk answers my question, it was just more evidence that I was adding.

This has been alleged to have happened before nick sent the full nudes.
