All the 2,000 IDs were sold. I'm also an owner of a 2,000 ID.
No they weren't. There's at least 500 left on plimus but badspot upped the price to $500 so they won't be sold.

I could of sworn I saw an ID 2,9XX somewhere.

I had one, for some reason they skipped over a ton of the 2k's but then went back to 22XX

They weren't depleted, it just skipped and then went back.

I know for a fact that Nobot has a good supply of them. He mentioned to Chrono that he could get him a 2k key if he wanted in Badspots server some time ago. My uneducated guess is that someone is hoarding and selling them.
I have a good supply of them yes, but I'd never give them out just for the hell of it. I was probably kidding with Chrono at the time.

Also more info on the Plimus website: http://badspot.us/img/Blue-Snap-Steals-Your-Money.html

You can't get them for $20 no more.

I think it's Badspots decision actually.
Plimus sneakily bumped up their commission by an extreme amount for sellers who were earning less than $2,500 (like Badspot).
It meant that eventually Badspot was recieving no money for every key they sold.

So, he bumped the prices up to crazy high, so that it deters people from buying from them, and Plimus aren't rewarded for their cheap tricks. At the same time, should someone decide that a 2k key is worth £400, then Badspot should still make some money off of that sale.

They only have a limited number of keys to sell, and Badspot isn't losing out on sales by making the prices high, since he is still regularly selling through blockland.us, Amazon and Steam.
