Nothing more. Nothing less. I'm not defending child enthusiasm, I'm just here to point out flawed logic because I know how to.
I'd love to see you make this argument in a court room.  How is this flawed logic?  They're teens, they are still lawfully and even socially recognized as children.
How does him defining what child enthusiasm laws derictly relate with being sane?
Because he's trying to make the point that I was trying to make, it's under the age and it's still illegal.  Who cares if legality doesn't equal morality?  If you think it's alright to break the law like that I think you're a moron.

he removed the extra "what" before child enthusiasm

holy forget i couldn't even see that and I read it like 20 times no joke

Okay, I think it's morally forgeted up too.  Why do I need to argue something that everyone GENERALLY as a society, thinks isn't okay?  Do you know what loveual child abuse does to the victims as they grow up?  It typically affects them severely mentally.
There you go, you just came up with a reason against child enthusiasm and loveual abuse. Now, how does this apply to the current situation?
Let's look at the facts as far as we know:
-Nick sent nude pictures to a person aged 16 when he was 18. Pretty sure this was a couple years ago too.
-Nick pressured a person aged 15 who claimed to be of legal age to give almost-nude photos of themself.
-Nick shared said photos to a well-known child enthusiast/hebephile who then posted them publicly on the forums.

I can easily spot that the last 2 could easily cause this same sort of emotional harm (I don't see any actual evidence that the first one caused emotional harm, though I could have missed something), and would definitely constitute loveual harassment. Giving out the photo as well and having it posted online would definitely cause emotional harm as well.

Now we've got an argument showing he's caused serious harm without any mention of legality.

I'd love to see you make this argument in a court room.  How is this flawed logic?  They're teens, they are still lawfully and even socially recognized as children. This isn't about courts of law though, this is the blockland forums. We're not required to go by what the law says, we can decide through actual valid logic what is and isn't okay to do. You should care that legality =/= morality, by the way. You seem to be willfully ignoring the fact that it's terrible logic at best and I even formally proved it for you, and that's a very dangerous road to be following.

What I'm saying isn't that child enthusiasm isn't wrong because legality =/= morality, I'm saying you have to come up with a reason against it that isn't legality, which I've shown above. There are plenty of actual non-legality-related reasons that child enthusiasm is disgusting and wrong.

You have the reading comprehension of a rock.

I think there is a reason why the Hindu's believe in karma.
Hindus believe that karma happens when you die. The Western conception of karma is the one about bad stuff happening to you while you're still alive.

You sort of do have to follow the law, or you're going to be punished for breaking it dude.  I'd rather not go to jail than break a law because I logically don't agree with it.  That's my final standpoint with that.  I don't think following the law will lead me down a dangerous road.

How long was his ban btw

both parties are at fault here; nick shouldn't have shared the photos and bubba shouldn't be claiming she was "manipulated" or whatever

the whole "he's a child enthusiast" thing is stupid though

That's cool and all but, it's 18 where Nick and Bubba live.
we weren't trying to dismiss your point if that's what you got from that

I think you have this slightly wrong. There are 2 events, but it seems they are being mixed up in peoples minds a little bit.
My understanding of the situation is the following.

2013
-Nick, aged 18, sent a 16 year old Bubbagum some 'lovey' underwear.
-Nick asked for photos of Bubba wearing them.
-Bubba sent the pictures to Nick, but admits she felt pressured to do so, and thought Nick liked her.
-Nick kept a copy of the picture and some time later it got into the hands of Tenshi.
--Tezuni claims Tenshi stole the pics from Nick and was not given them.
-Tenshi posted the photos on the forum.

2015
-Nick, aged 20, began loveting Tills, who claimed to be 19. Nick also sent her nude photos of himself.
-Tills admitted that she was actually 15, not 19.
-Nick hasn't loveted her or anything similar since learning her age.

This is all accurate. Glad you made this post because it seems like all of them are misinformed in some way or another.

Only thing I'm not sure about is if Nick asked Bubba for the picture or if Bubba just sent it.
