regardless of how everyone feels about that, the point is that if nick and tenshi were reported, they'd certainly realize that the picture was taken by the person in it. at that point it wouldn't be difficult to find out who it was

He probably will because of the lack of evidence and pseudo-anonimity of the Internet, despite him posting multiple selfies. We also cannot prove, with our given evidence, were he truly knew Bubba's actual age or not at the time he pressured her into giving him the content.
