because you need proof? if someone wants to take this to the *courts (and it sounds like kickflow wants to), you need proof like that.by 'ruining his reputation' you mean protecting other underage people from becoming victims, then yeah. you're making it sound like he's only doing this to get back at nick.
Nick pretty much realized he was in the wrong almost immediately after he was informed of the age, and if kickflow does want to take him to court, Tenshi will have to be confronted for possibly using software to forcefully extract a possibly lewd image from Nick's computer and post it on the BLF
Now I'm not on Nick's defense side, but the man should have a say in this "case" and I say that in quotes because it is not an official investigation by the police or the FBI or any authoritative position and have you heard of, "All Citizens are innocent until proven in a court of law."? Also, I'm pretty damn certain that the BLF isn't a court of law.
