At 16 years of age, the law in 31 states of America say that you are over the "age of consent" - so legally there shouldn't be any problem for you just dating a 20 year old if you live in one of those states. In 7 states you have to be 17 years of age, and in 12 states you have to be 18 years of age, so where you live is crucial in your case. Dating is not illegal under those ages

But it was very uncomfortable for me 2 send a pic of me in my underwear to a boy who bought them for me (he was 18 at time and I was 16, never lied about my age on here so there's no excuse) and me being 16 years old and naive I thought Nick actually liked me & was pressured into sending pics. The real issue is that nick screenshotted it and send it to at least one other person (tenshi), who should never have had that pic in the first place so yes, tenshi is the one who posted a pic for everyone to see a 16 yr old girl in her underwear, but ultimately the picture was supplied by nick who was given the pic in confidence that it would not be shared with anyone else.

Did Nick have a gun to your head forcing you to take a picture of yourself? How would he know what your address was to get the underwear in the first place unless you told  him specifically what you want him to get for you.

You must have told him your underwear size too because if I know clothing shopping for women and I don't. The only way he could have got you the right size is if you told him.
