Yeah it happens, but you can't make that assumption about every single person that buys and uses hard drugs. Believe it or not there are some people who know what they're doing and know how to be responsible about it.
using drugs at all just for recreational reasons isn't really responsible in my opinion but my opnion shouldn't tell other people what to do
of course there are much, much worse ways of doing drugs
