Drugs have addictive qualities, as a drug user I'd think you know that

So does gambling, playing video games, eating, and pretty much everything else people enjoy. Just because you can be addicted to something doesn't mean everyone who does that is addicted. I also play poker a couple of times a year, am I gambling addict?

except you also forgot that nothing you listed is also loving illegal

Except drugs mess with your brain causing it to be an addiction so your comparison is flawed. On another note people don't realize they are addicted to stuff most of the time, my parents think I am addicted to video games and majority of people here probably think I am addicted to ponies but I think neither are right.

illegality doesn't make it any more addictive

In some states bestiality is legal, does that mean it is ok to forget your dog?

legally yes
morally depends on the person whom you ask

In some states bestiality is legal, does that mean it is ok to forget your dog?
fair enough
illegality doesn't make it any more addictive
makes it more illegal and risky though

noedit: no idea why I said it makes it more illegal I already said it was illegal just disregard that

In some states bestiality is legal, does that mean it is ok to forget your dog?

No.. but the reason it's not okay to forget your dog isn't because it's illegal.

Did you really just say that?

Other things cause a lot of the same actions as drugs do. Winning a boss battle in a game causes a surge of dopamine similar to railing off a line of cocaine.

i always find it funny how its the people who've never tried a drug telling the "druggies" how bad it is

if rec. drugs were as bad as people say they are like 75% of friends would be dead by now

yea but does beating a boss in a game damage your body at all?
no
no it doesn't
ok maybe your fingers

I would actually assume playing games excessively is worse for your body than infrequent drug use. Sitting for extended periods of time is really bad for your body and can cause embolisms. Using the controller excessively or typing excessively can result in carpal tunnel syndrome.

ok maybe your fingers

does this mean i cant touch girls anymore

you guys forget that trinick actually isn't handicapped and researches everything he uses so he can do it safely

Permanent brain damage isn't bad?
