not sure if it has changed since then
Late here, but the reason I included "right now" in that message was because in my employment contract I'm scheduled for a raise every 2 months. That was before my first raise, and I just had my third review. That paycheck was from before my third review though, but it has overtime work in it. I don't
always work overtime, but I do most of the time. My first raise was for 5k, second was for 10k, and the third one I just got was for another 10k. So, my gross income is 85k a year before overtime.
Assumingly someone is going to ask why they would give me a deal like that, so I'll just explain it ahead of time. This is my first job as a programmer and I have no college degree. So, the deal they made me was that they'd hire me at base salary (60k) and give me a performance review every 2 months for the first year so that they could evaluate my worth as a developer.
Also: I'm saying this to answer the question, not to brag.
Clownfish.
