Some people just don't understand that Annoying Orange isn't bad at all. Other people like other candidates like Bernie Sanders just because he agrees with the public's opinions about stuff which is horrible.
It's not inherently bad to agree with the public, indeed one would think that's the idea behind democracy. That said, I'm not really the most ardent supporter of democracy and know that agreeing with the people isn't inherently good either.
"We need to shut down the borders until we can get security for this nation." is true because of all the terrorists attacks coming from people crossing the borders.
I think we shouldn't be letting in large numbers of refugees either, but only because we don't benefit from it. Not because the terrorist threat is large enough to really be disruptive. That said, Mexican labor can be useful and I feel we need to find a way to both strictly enforce the law and to simultaneously ensure we can keep access to this labor supply.
