some random number texted me last night at 3am 'hey whats up' and so i texted who is this and they never responded. I'm guessing they were drunk and texted the wrong number lol

i will never know if it was a wrong number but

like 3 years ago someone (during a school field trip i think) texted me "can i have ur number" and I just ignored it because i thought it was stupid. Come 3 years later, I text them back, asking "Do you still want my number?" and they surprisingly answer back. The thing is though they were really sassy and doubted that someone ever texted that to me, despite me sending a screenshot of their text from 3 years ago. They even threatened to block my number, which I found pretty funny.

I haven't deleted the conversation yet but it's stored on my old phone :C

Me: "Yes, hello is this chef?"
Caller: "What? Is amy there?"
Me: "Have you seen a chef pls?"
Caller: "This must be the wrong number, sorry."

I always make the caller say it is the wrong number.
