Author Topic: Re/small rant: AMA thread bandwagon  (Read 478 times)

Simple and straight to the point: If you aren't well-known in the BL or BL forums community, refrain from making one at all.

Here's a well known test:

Have you made a addon?
Do others enjoy your addon?
Have you made more than 3?
If you haven't made an addon, what about Blockland movies?
Have many viewed them?
Were they liked a lot?
If you aren't good at either, are you well-known/popular on the forums?
How many posts have you made, and have you made any large topics with many posts?
Have you ever made a userscript that improved the Blockland Forums, or made something useful for the Blockland Forums (ex. Pecon's Blockland Poll site)?
Do you do cool things off the forums, but post them here?
Do others like that?
Has eventful happened (ex. married, new child, great job, etc.)?

If you said no to at least 6 of these, you shouldn't make a AMA at all. (inb4 ftfy)

That's all I gotta say -- people probably have better questions for that test anyways.

what if they're popular for something outside of the blfs? HMMMM?!?
