Why so serious?

Has anyone managed to not Permaban "Why so serious?" yet? Every time I see him in a game it takes him about 10 minutes to do something server-crippling resulting in his immediate ban.

I saw him the other day and perma'd him after he spawned about 100 snow emitters under a cover. Not quite sure what his friend agenda is.

OMG your right I had the pleasure of perma banning him once. :D
Reason: brick spamming, he made a whole buck of trees, not even good ones!
