Just showed up to school to find out there is no school today

I usually don't check my iPad in the mornings before school so I didn't se the calendar.  Anyway, I walking through the gates to find no one there, a teacher walked by and I asked him if there was school today and he said it is a teacher workday.  Thank god I wasn't the only one that showed up, but now I have to wait like 45 minutes till I get a ride home.  FML

i showed up to school on a snowday once last year. saw almost no cars in the lots, thought 'wwell, i made it this far already' and went inside anyways just so i could take a selfie sitting in class all alone :(((
