I think it may be a program. This happened when I installed a desktop background changer while I disabled it.

Windows 10, don't know what an areo error is? It started doing this last week, I don't think it is a virus.
(Just realised, I mean last christmas not this most recent one.)

It had some other thing but it updated to 10 a while ago. It started with windows 8. I think
I JUST REFRESHED THE PAGE AND GOT SOME MASSIVE EAR RAPE :((( No sound programs opened and nothing in the task manager, i don't think it came from the webpage because my volume adjust prompt came up. It was a static like noise.
