The virus does not go directly to the download folder, it goes to it's own directory or some other directory to put it.

and if the hacker is actively sending him images he obviously knows what sites he's been on
if this isn't fake which it very well could be he's probably watching this forum right now lol

I don't think there is some hacker dedicated to scaring people on BL forums. This has been happening all day today. I'm gonna power off my wi-fi for a bit, see how this goes.
