I was browsing Blockland Forums like usual until the website started lagging badly and then it told me that the Blockland connection was lost.

Very unlikely. It would almost certainly last longer than a few seconds if it was a ddos.
Think about it like this: if you were going to attack someone in any way, wouldn't you want to actually inconvenience them? Instead of just confusing them?

No this happened to me just now. I closed chrome, then opened BLF and it's working fine now.

EDIT: It came up with that page that says my connection is ok, and so it cloudflare's but that the BLF is down, but it only happened for like 5 seconds.

why do people think everything is a ddos
also people who can't understand the difference between ddos and dos
