child enthusiasm isn't rampant. if you stay out of places where child enthusiasm actually is then you have nothing to worry about. even if there are child enthusiasts on the internet do you really think theyre bustin nuts seeing 14 year olds talk about feminine snakees online? lol

You're right that it isn't rampant, but it's still an issue that could be had. I've meet some people that are good at hiding stuff. Like, so good it's scary and I wasn't sure if I was talking to the same person, which is why I'm always sketchy around new faces.

it's an issue, but not a big one. i've had 20 year olds ask me out before and it's definitely uncomfortable. but it's not a huge issue, really, unless they're actually taking action on their special interest.

13 minimum in my opinion. By that age, the user should be mature enough to handle whatever content BLF throws their way. For certain threads, it can get a little racy at times.
