i don't think it should be a defined limit, we have a few people like johnny blockhead who are more mature than people would expect for their age
it's more of an individual basis in my opinions

though, blf is pretty unique i'd say. there's a very unique way of interacting that we do here, hell you can say the word "monday" and not get yelled at

I'm 13 as well and my voice is actually quite deep. I'd say it fluctuates a lot from person to person.
