People are too obsessed with this healthy stuff. I mean, how much longer are you gonna live if you don't eat meat? Also if the only metric you measure your life by is how many years long it is, you have a forgeted up view on life. Life isn't about tippy toeing around so you don't get hurt, it's about living to the fullest, enjoying yourself and enriching the lives of others. Not checking all the time to make sure you are making healthy choices. Save that stuff for old age. While your young, don't limit yourself or you'll regret it when you are too old NOT to limit yourself. That's not to say go out and do stupid dangerous stuff. Just don't obsess over being maximum healthy all the time.
