Learning Welsh is compulsory for people in Welsh schools (I'm in university), yet most of the welshies I know hated learning it and never use it.

But the university still insists on sending out double the paperwork and posters with the Welsh included!
It's really annoying when they try to advocate being Green and recycling, yet they're doubling all of their already incredible amount of printing, by printing everything twice.
