Likely banned after leaving the server. It's a perma. Maybe it's too much to ask for people to have common sense by default. Drydess hit the nail on the head as to why you were banned. Although I didn't find much in the chat logs, what I did find was what was described, attempting to start a fight.

It's actually a surprise that he isn't banned from my server yet
