washed real good and I'm using rustoleum primer and clear coat when it's finished

well it used to be my uncles but then he gate it to his brother cause he couldn't ride it anymore, then he thought it was broken so he tore it apart (electrical, mechanical is fine) then I got into motorcycles so he gave it to me
