I don't even know the guy, he had no right to speak to me like that. It came at random and it was uncalled for and it was completely inappropriate and offensive.

That's not really flaming, or at least not by my definition.  Nizza has a point.  Most of us, if not everyone, wants bear tracks to forget off and we think he's a handicap.

How so?  There's a difference between uncalled for hate, and deserved hate.  Bear tracks deserves the stuff thrown at him.  It's been made evidently clear that the community does not like him, including badspot. 

Flaming would be more so like what you did, telling people they're worthless garbage and they should kill themselves.  THAT is flaming.  Telling someone they're a handicap who should be BoS when they act like a handicap who needs to be BoS isn't flaming.  And again, Nizza is not wrong to say to Bear tracks that he's a handicap that nobody likes.  This is fact.

It's not a contradiction, you're just holding dearly to a definition as an argument and you don't seem to understand how that rule actually works.  For being banned for it, I'd imagine you understand the rule, but apparently not.  If you're so sure that he's flaming, then why don't you report him?

Mentioning Yawa to Sugar isn't 'polite' at the fundamental level, we all know she's obsessed with the guy which is amplified by her social disability. You mention this stuff in her presence because you know it would get a rise out of her, why the forget would you mention Yawa otherwise? Go forget yourself richardhead, everyone can see through your pathetic 2-bit bullstuff. I don't give a stuff about Sugar but your painfully miserable attempts at covering your ass-tracks make me want to puke. You're not all-clear because you made fun of a handicap in a 'non-aggressive' or 'nice' manner.

If it's actually this loving hard for you to avoid making fun of disabled people you should probably just avoid talking to people.
