I don't really want to make an another help topic so i will put it here and wait longer for a response.

I've been trying to change my profile picture for the past few months and i can't seem to change it.

Can someone explain/know the rules to making a profile pic.

Questions i have to ask.
-Does it have to be .jpg file
-how many pixels in an area can the picture have.

I don't know what i'm doing.

The profile picture can be 75x75 for the maximum.  I believe the profile picture can be a .jpg, .png, .gif, etc. but the file size has to be under a certain size.
