I'd consider Buddhism. I'd also consider some versions of the christian God, as well as some versions of Satan. It would be very comforting to know that my consciousness would endure forever. I feel like most religion has too much basis in ritual and fear. I also like the egg idea, the one where everyone is the one person.

Greek Mythology.
The greek gods are a fickle bunch with many human flaws.

You would spend your life worshipping and practicing your religion, but you know that they truly affect the world, and that when bad things happen to you/others it is almost certainly because you angered a god.
That's much better than having a supposedly omnibenevolent god who still causes you harm.
