He can't do that legally. Most of us are under 18 and distributing research to minors is illegal.

That was it's original purpose. To store broken, but not CRC'd add-ons. Presumably to allow the developers or others to access them and fix them.

But it became apparent that people were just taking the Add-Ons, using them as normal, and encountering issues as you'd expect. And then making topics in Help about it.
