Acquire blade, paint stripper, IV, scalpel, intravenous fluids, skin mesher, stitches and needle
Step zero. Hook up an IV to patients left arm and connect to bag of intravenous fluids
Step zero point 1. Apply breathing mask to mouth, wait for patient to fall under anesthesia
Step zero point 2. Confirm status of staff and patient, be sure to be ready for operation
Step zero point 3. Drape region in scrubs, leaving affected areas uncovered to begin operation
Step zero point 4. Begin operation
Step one. Apply paint stripper to sponge, rub over affected areas
Step two. Use scalpel to remove affected areas covered in paint stripper
Step three. Wash paint stripper off removed skin, use blade to scratch off the rest of the paint flakes
Step four. Clean skin, run through skin mesher
Step five. Once meshed, apply removed skin back to affected area like a skin graft
Step six. Wrap up operation by applying stitches using thread and needle. Use staples if needle or thread is unavailble
Step seven. Confirm operation was a success
Step eight. Wrap up equipment for autoclave and cleaning
Step nine. Slowly bring patient from anesthesia
Step ten. Once patient is fully conscious, surprise them with the bill
Step eleven. If patient feints from the bill amount, be prepared for emergency open heart surgery
