I suggest getting a nicer looking banner. I know this isn't directly related to the content you put it out, but it can change people's opinions when they visit your channel. For example, I think the Goons banner looks inviting. I'm gonna see if I can whip something up for you.

just don't make lets plays. it's a worn out concept and people will only subscribe to you if you can talk about interesting topics for 1-4 hours a day.
