As a sometimes default, the owner of the raffle will ask you to invite friends, and for every one hundred you get another slot. Meaning people are mass inviting to win something. Then the owner says to say done in the comments. He will check the group history to prove it.

Hey cacti, could you stop reporting dumb stuff for no reason?  Thanks.  Hilarious that you're complaining about spam invites when you're spamming my inbox with reports every time some random post triggers you.

Technical legality is not the only condition for something to be acceptable in human society.  Either you're being deliberately confrontational or you haven't thought this idea through completely.


Steam in general is handicapped about this stuff.  Every time I log in to friends list I have at least 5 invites piled up and I used to get 30+.  They show up on screen 3 at a time for 5 seconds each and there's no way to fast forward or skip them.  It's annoying as stuff.  There doesn't appear to be any way to turn it off.  I can't imagine what it's like for people who are actually famous. 


The pyramid scheme is a time tested brain virus that most people are vulnerable to at least once before they develop an immunity.  There is no real cure except to let the virus take it's course and hope the patient can recover.  All you can do is quarantine.  That's why referral links are banned on BLF.

Lol, if I had not cancelled all of the group invited I got, I would be mail rich. But whenever somebody invites me to a handicapped group, I question the person that invited me and make them feel really bad about inviting me.

the sperg that steam does to try and open it all is usually over in a few seconds
