I don't think killing is gonna solve this. We'd only sink to his level, if not lower.
An IP ban is definitely in order, at this point.

I see this more as, as TV Tropes puts it, a Xanatos Gambit.

If we just ignore him, he's doing stuff and no one knows about it, thus his actions go unnoticed.

But since a drama was posted and people do know about it, he gets his spot in the limelight like he probably wants.

Honestly, IMO, it doesn't matter if he gets his attention. People should know he's being a stuff and should know to avoid/dislike him.

Ignoring a problem doesn't mean it isn't there, so I think the drama was necessary to some degree.
