Decided to try with Houston, as that's what most servers are located for me. Anything else would just change the ping.

marriotts(?) are normally pretty good about it, but the absolute worst i've ever experienced was hilton's. .23mbps or something.

I had 0.1 megabits for a whole year. 12kb/s and a ping of 800. Upload was about 4kb/s. It was actually worse than dialup.
