this is the first time that we will go out and say that we want a new colony, and it will specificaly be founded in Plata, (current day argentina) excluding the current claims of Plata held by Spain. The other two are navy warships, one of which is a schooner, and the other a large frigate.

We also, in the english civil war, favor the Scottish government, and would like to see them conquer the English in their civil war. To show this, gold is sent to Scotland in the ammount enough to buy 500 or so Hessian mercenaries.
