The Provisional Government has been split after an argument between Parliament and the King became too heated. The King, in a futile attempt, attempted to dissolve the Parliament. Parliament considered the royal half of the Provisional Council to have been removed from their seats, as they have betrayed the truce terms. In a totally fair, unanimous decision, the Provisional Council declared Parliament the successor of the Provisional Government.

An unknown amount of die-hard royalist officers and their troops ran to the northwest with the King. Due to the incentives of the Parliament, however, the New Model Army and the New Model Navy would most likely stay with the Republic due to better pay and better outfitting.

Parliament now considers Scotland to be in a union with Republican England, and states that the personal union has been broken as there is no longer a King of England. However, this is mostly illegitimate, as Scotland is current pro-royal and a percentage of England is still loyalist.

1. We form a small area between our borders, under 90% of your control.
2. That will be a place where Russians can trade with Baltic and Baltic-neighboring nations
3. Alliance with West Russia. (East Russia is a bit mad at west Russia and refuses, trying to enter Siberia)
4. If war or battles were ever to happen, we will be at your side
