If you open it in a paint program and compare the colors, they're slightly different.

gotland as in the island right, not mainland sweden

I accept maxwell's conditions to a treaty on the conditions that

1. Southern Sweden is returned back to the Empire
2a. Finland and Sweden are both kept as a same nation
2b. Or, Finland is given to Denmark, if Denmark gives their claims of Norway to Sweden
3. The islands south of Finland are kept within Finland territory.
4. Gotland (the island, not mainland sweden) is given to Denmark.
