also i'll reduce tariffs on prussian goods if you reduce tariffs to the same level for danish goods

prussian goods may be stored without taxation within danish/norweigan territories as long as the goods in question are not sold here. if they are sold here then the domestic tax needs to be paid, but prussian merchants can open warehouses and stuff and not have to pay taxes on goods that they store there. this may or may not be helpful for you but w/e.
