Say the world were to be taken over by a force not foreseen tomorrow, establishing themselves within but did not harm the processes of the world governments today, effectively making them the equivalent of U.S. states (in other words, they're supervisors and they have the final word on major decisions), henceforth establishing their NWO. Their mission, as stated by them, is to create a world in which conflict would not exist, and prosperity between former nations would prosper. If any were to erupt they would end it immediately like a parent interfering in a fight between children. Other than this, from the citizen's point of view, nothing major would change other than receiving a new identification and paying taxes to someone else.
