I got a Pebble Time Steel for christmas, so it's only natural that it arrived 26 days late. (Today)
Its a really cool device and I've already gotten plenty of use out of it. Plus I like the nice non-obvious watchfaces.

So blockland forum, do you own a smartwatch? Would you benefit from it? What one would you get or do you have?

I don't own one or ever plan to, it's all useless gimmicky consumer technology imo.
Hope yours is cool tho

The screen is too small to do anything useful besides checking caller ID and checking the time. I have not researched it much, but the most useful thing it seems you can do with a smart watch is take and make phonecalls.
Not the most impressive piece of hardware.
It's pretty though.

The Pebble did seem cool but it also did look rather expensive, and if that was not enough of an obstacle to my interest, I almost invariably find all watches painful against my wrists.

Thank you for not putting a throw-away option in the poll.

I own an Apple Watch. It's dank.

It's like an iphone that muggers can see on you at all times

I have the original pebble and I absolutely love it.

I just want one so I can change the interface of the digital/brown townog because that's neat

I think I would just settle for a nice digital watch.

inb4 windows watch

android is already doing it

It basically does everything my phone can already do, and I cannot use it without my phone in proximity so what is the point of it?
