Is this the only means of getting that star, or is it just a really roundabout way of using the games glitches tto get there?

He uses this method to get the star with the least amount of a presses.

lots of speedrunners exploit game glitches to (usually) advance quicker, but this is to beat it in certain amounts of A presses

i only know the basics of sm64 glitches, so this is some pretty interesting stuff. n64 games have the craziest glitches. in zelda64, you can actually rewrite code by switching items and swinging your sword correctly. people do it all the time to quickly write different medallions and items into their inventories. a lot of unreleased/unused beta content can be accessed using these methods

now im thinking... zelda64 was made with the same game engine sm64 was. granted, it was so heavily changed zeldas engine could be considered a whole different engine, but i wonder if QPUs are still present in zelda64. its also been theorized animal crossing was made with the same engine zelda was, since they have identical debug map selection screens. are QPUs in animal crossing too????

that reminds me of that guy who created a snake game using glitches in super Mario world. it's called arbitrary code injection. extremely cool
