Author Topic: I always have to take a stuff while I'm on the bus aaaaaaaa  (Read 1238 times)

EVERY loving MORNINGGG.
My bus ride is close to 2 hours long and I have such an urge to stuff it gets RIDICULOUS.
I've tried everything. I wake up at 5 and try to stuff for an hour before I catch my bus. When sometimes I can stuff I still have to stuff when sitting on the bus. My bus has no bathroom on it nor can it stop at a gas station.
I've only found 1 way to cope with this and it doesn't even work 100% of the time. I sit upside down. Try to get into the most uncomfortable position ever, and it seems to work.
But then the 12 gallons of diarrhea kicks me and I have to wait till I get to school. This is really bad for me because holding in such a LARGE urge to use the bathroom is unhealthy. I've tried looking up ways to deal with this and none seem to work.

Also, I AM NOT going to wear a loving adult diaper, so don't even

Yes I do in the mornings
sugar free haribo gummy bears a few hours before you leave
I dont want to try laxatives for the fear that they'll kick in while I'm on the bus, also I wake up early enough

Maybe you're doing something in the morning that makes you poop

Like, it's very common to have coffee in the morning. And coffee is a laxative for a lot of people. So if you drink coffee, try stopping for a while?

try pooping before the bus arrives. Meaning you need to change up your sleep schedule a tinyyy bit.
