My avatar is currently the mario/Luigi like clownfish/goku's that's pink but on some other browsers it appears as my old one. What does my avatar appear like on your screen?

not a bug but cache stuff. it is the pink one for me

Clear your image cache. The avatars are all on the same link, so you have your old avatar stored somewhere pointing to your avatar's URL so it appears as the old one for you
