i feel like the fact that the people in the chats being hostile as forget is something to note. you cant get banned for buying a key for someone else and using the argument that "if you were really a high school student you have access to money" is just unnecessary hostility and excuses to not take the offer. even if he is a problem user he wasnt anything but respectful (maybe a tad insistent but hey, he has no other way to get a new key) in the chatlog. just own up and say to him you dont want to get him a key because you consider him a problem user, not dance around with petty excuses.
bl users in general here seem to never be able to think past their grudges. at least try to ignore the users reputation when looking at new posts; what happened to assuming good faith? Yeah there are repeat trolls but those guys are obvious after assuming good faith one or two times
