post ways to beat the system.

mailing drugs and not getting caught:
put the drugs in an envelope addressed to a random person who does exist. then put that in a letter addressed to the buyer.

cops need a warrant to open letters addressed to a specific person. which means they would need to get a new warrant including the random guy. but they cant because thats not enough evidence to erect a warrant.

Murder:Invite the victim to another country. If he accepts,kill him in that country. After that,law enforcement will go to clues and will think its someone in that country you went to. They might arrest someone else who did nothing.
