Preface as I usually do: My school is about 30 students, so it's a fairly small school. That being said, everyone usually gets along and is pretty close.
Except for the loving new students. forget them. We got four new students. I have three of them in my classes. The only one that causes any problems is "in transition," morbidly obese, and socialist/feel the bern/forget the patriarchy, the complete package. This student, we'll call them Fred, is ignorant as forget. Fred was born a woman but is becoming a man, no problems there. But holy forget if Fred isn't a richard and the school completely and totally allows it to go on and even enables it. First example of bullstuff double standard is as follows:
At my school, everyone has lunch at the same time, since we don't have that many students. I had left my lunch on a table and went to go re-fill my water bottle because I was thirsty. Fred comes over while I was gone, goes through my bag, and takes my sandwich that I had made and a 20 from my wallet. A PB&J as is pretty standard fare. Fred has CELIAC DISEASE and eats my sandwich. If you don't know, people with celiac disease can't have gluten. Fred eats my sandwich knowing full well they cant have it. Fred obviously has a bad reaction to the gluten and starts yelling about how I tried to poison them. I got in a load of trouble because I hadn't properly secured my "tree-nut containing food." I wasn't in the section of the room for eating foods with peanuts, but apparently, because I failed to "secure" my food, I get in trouble. We have zero nut allergies in my school. Literally zero. But I get in trouble for having gluten. Fred, who decided to rifle through my belongings and take food and money, got in zero trouble and didn't ever return my money. The school gives literally zero damns about it, because clearly I invited people to go through my things by leaving them out of my sight.
Fred also tried to tell me I have "white privilege" (fred is irish ffs, I'm an enrolled muscogee) and thin privilege because I actually try in gym class/fitness tests. I'm also a tribal for telling them that it's pretty unethical to attempt to join a tribe while not actually being an Indian just to be able to say you're a cherokee or w/e. I also apparently hate black people, gays, and women, because I'm none of the above :)
