I gotta be honest, guys.  I am actually finding updating and constantly following this game to be a tremendous consumption of time and attention.  Frankly, I am seriously considering either dropping the project altogether or passing it off to anyone who I

Hundreds of years from now, history students will wonder what mad spirit possessed Conservatia to help a nation a thousand miles away and declare war on half of the known world.

The Conservatian mercenaries, being overrun by the military of Gruzia, fall back to the Rhon river where Imperial gunboats are waiting, and open fire using grapeshot.  Basic artillery from farther uphill fires down at the oncoming military to slow their advance.

Conservatian guns finally reach the northern front where they are deployed to as many troops as possible.  Imperial guards receive rifles as well, and begin picking off Romek soldiers who appear to be of higher ranking status.  Some Imperial guard attempt to position themselves in the hills in positions where they are not seen to get the drop on approaching Romekians.

You realize who the disadvantaged are here, right?

OOC I'm legitimately in awe of what I'm witnessing. What a bizarre move.

not really butthurt as much as i think its funny how mad you guys are getting over an internet game

The people weren't really 'oppressed' by Romek other than the freedom of religion was abolished (because of the outlawing and subsequent banning of Christianity) and the disbanding of the organized military at the time.

Other than that they actually HELPED Sonodine because they resolved the civil unrest and put down the rampant rebellions.

Banning Christianity seems pretty big. Even I didn't ban Christianity. Should you help in the war and be given independence, Conservatia will drill you in policing and maintaining order. Otherwise, you will be considered Romekkian and dealt with as such. Last chance.
