I'll offer the same thing that I did to mattoss, Swat 3. If you let me have that chunk of land, any of your trade that comes through the two straits between reflum (bar weaponry and gunpowder) will not have to pay to cross the straits.

I have no interest in expanding into you. I'm not going to "bully" you and i'm even thinking about extending an offer of friendship because of the ethnicity in the northeast.
