Whats a good Game Streaming\Recording Device for cheap?

I've always wanted to just mess around with streaming
but idk how well that'll go
If anyone can tell me whats a good one for up to like $100? probably lower though.
Something i can record\stream a wii u or something?

If anything i could save up for an elgato HD60 down the line?
