"how many sides does a circle have" is better
I don't know if your sentence is technically incorrect but it's not the way people usually speak

It depends on what you mean by sides.
If by 'sides' you mean visible edges needed to create one, then one. Geometrically speaking, however, a circle is a figure made entirely out of points around a center point, so then none or 360.
If you mean straight sides than infinite or zero.

i'd say infinite sides
assuming you mean straight sides

Depends, are we talking about videogames? There is no perfect circle in videogames, they have hundreds of sides.

depends on how you refer to it

if you're talking about it like a regular polygon then the answer could be infinitely many
however there really is no answer here because it is too ambiguous

"So what is the side of a circle? If you think of the circle as a disk then it it has an up-side and a down-side. If you think of it as a curve, then it has an inside and an outside. If you think of it as the limit of an n-sided regular polygon, then one can justify the answer that the circle has infinitely many infinitesimal sides. Our conclusion:

the question, "How many sides does a circle have?", is too ambiguous to have a definite answer.
Perhaps the appropriate response is "there is no natural way of saying what the side of a circle is.""
