I don't really care for the fatty texture that appears, I like the minimize the oil in it. I don't eat steak that often, I usually stick to chicken and fish.

Do you guys eat a lot of red meat?

It's not that I don't like it. I just find it not healthy to eat too often. I mean, I can make a shake for 200 calories and have it have 50g of protein rather than eat a 12oz for 800 claories and get like 30-40g, you know what I mean?

You're supposed to cook asados or barbeques or however you want to call it during the winter. It's too hot during the summer. Not like that stopped me anyways.
Interesting.
BBQs are certainly a summer thing here, but I suppose the difference is our summer highs are 35°C, with an average closer to 12-20°C. Whereas from what I can find, in northern Argentina your average is around 25°C.

But our winters will average 0-7°C, and yours (besides the extreme south) average 14°C in the north.

So we don't really have a choice but to BBQ in our summer, which as hot as your winter. In the winter itself it's far too cold, and often too wet too.

I'm saying well-done is the only proper way to eat a steak, too many barbarians in this thread.

You must've looked up the northern provinces. BA has two different climates. The port climate which includes the capital that averages around 38C during the summer and 5C during the winter, and the continental climate somewhat west from the capital which has an average temperature of 30C in the summer and -10C in the winter. I'm personally stuck inbetween both. Summer averages at 34C and winter at -3C.

There's nothing better than to get out the iron pot and cook stews in it with wine and lots of spices with some red saussages (it's called like that because it's bathed in chimichurri), some bacon, and dices of any kind of beef.

As for fish, sushi isn't uncommon but people would rather have the entire fish dressed with some cream.

We have a poor variety of fish. It's mainly salmon, tuna, and bass.

Also PS: my winter is arid while my summer humid as forget. You can't tell it's -4C if there isn't wind and 35C feels like a billion degrees.
